I just tweaked a few number to keep their cost down more. I like this. I'll wait a little bit to see whether people prefer this or Swarm Movement.

I like it ... I just feel like it takes Pied Piper out of the equation ... though the combined power for mind controlling other units and Rodents both on his card feels a bit clunky right now.

I think we might want to focus on one of these and get it "right" first and then adjust the other accordingly. If we're starting with this one and adjusting Pied Piper to better fit it, I'm in favor of that approach.

I think I prefer Swarm Movement for the reasons you just mentioned. It makes them useful without Pied Piper, but not self-reliant.

I think they'll definitely be useful without him this way. I just think we'll need to revisit him after making this change and figuring out a new direction for him ... because after this change I'm probably not drafting them with him very often, and if I do I probably put the Order Markers on them rather than him.

Poll time, do y'all prefer:

1) SWARM MOVEMENT
You may move up to 3 Rat Swarms that you control each turn. However, you may attack with only 1 Rat Swarm. You may attack with any Rat Swarm, even a Rat Swarm that you did not move this turn.

2) RAT PACK
After revealing an Order Marker on this card and before moving a Rat Swarm, roll the 20-sided die.
• If you roll 1-12, you may move and attack with up to 2 Rat Swarms you control.

3) RAT PACK v2 (with a change to only allow Pied Piper to initially take a turn with one which would trigger this power.)

• If you roll 13-18, you may move and attack with up to 4 Rat Swarms you control.

Here's a thought ... what about removing the Order Marker restriction on "Rat Pack," making it a "Before taking a turn" power, and then make it so Pied Piper can take a turn with one of them instead of two in his power?

There's a great idea too, I'll make it option 3 for the poll but I'm not changing my vote.

I like this one. With Pied Piper, if he chooses to take a turn with 2 Rodents, he can do Swarm Movement twice and be able to move up to 6 Swarms and attack with 2 of them. Gives him plenty chances to get some Plague wounds going on.
