Maurice Sendak, rest in peace
Today marks the passing of a giant. Nobody did it better. Just because the book is for kids does not mean it can't challenge the reader. Sad day. Link. |

I didn't read his stuff when I was growing up, but I was exposed to his works after the Where the Wild Things are movie, which I thought was simply amazing. Sorry to see him go.

I loved his books when I was a kid, another great loss.
