Re: Frostgrave, Halo Ground Command and other tabletop minis
I sliced this file in meshmixer so it would fit on my fdm print bed. I printed it in 3 pieces. The cockpit can rotate on the neck joint. I cut and printed the lower part in parts. The file was sized at 179% of the original file. I ran the print settings at.15 layer height with 40% infill. The entire project took about 27 hrs to print. It looks like a beauty though. Printed in star wars legion scale. My legit one next to it for scale. Im printing one more right now. That's cool
@TREX
. Seems like a complicated process, but the results are worth it.

Re: Frostgrave, Halo Ground Command and other tabletop minis
I've had Lee and Clementine from The Walking Dead All Out War for a while now and finally got around to painting them. They were a con exclusive if I recall and a buddy of mine was able to get them for me, as he was going to be there a couple days before me. It was from Adepticon in Chicago a last year or the year before. Lee and Clementine are from a TWD video game that I had never played, but they seem like neat characters gamewise.

Re: Frostgrave, Halo Ground Command and other tabletop minis
Thanks T! I didn't know who they were either until I had heard that they were some kind of con exclusive. I wondered what made them special and found out a little about them. But having a man and a young girl in the world of TWD seemed neat, as I have daughters and the thought of someone watching out for them if I was gone hits home.

Prison advisor Dale (with peg leg. I didn't realize he survived to the prison in the comics and lost a leg. I've only seen the TV show).
Scott Moon. He must be a comic book only character. Hand of fate is moving and the finger points to you ...Iron Maiden - The Wicker Man TUTORIAL FOR RE-BASING FIGURES 3hrs 43mins 32secs = 1242nd of 8808 overall - 1988 Honolulu Marathon |

Re: Frostgrave, Halo Ground Command and other tabletop minis
They look great
@Hahma
. I'm thinking that they switched out hershel to loose a leg at the prison but I havent followed the comics either. I was just asking my wife when the last season that came out was supposed to hit netflix. Guess I'm waiting til september. I finished up what I had bought walking dead wise with the saviors. I don't have that pack that you just painted. I have the prior dale with the rifle. I haven't got alot of hobbying in the last week because I've been out sick again. Every time I go in the docs office, they jump to the conclusion that I must have Covid 19. I tell them to just give me the usual stuff that takes care of my asthma flare ups and send me on my way. I told them I'm not paying 150 dollars out of pocket so they can tell me I don't have covid. I seem to be getting better with my antibiotics and prednisone. If I had covid that would make things worse. So that is a good thing. I finished up my two newly printed ATST walkers though. The quickshade I used to weather them is setting up, then I'll hit them with a matte clearcoat spray and super glue on some scenics to the bases. After running smoothly for close to 100 hours of runtime, my fdm printer decided to get a clogged nozzle right after my resin printer went down. I just changed my FEP in the bottom of my resin tank and am doing a small test print to check it out. (28 Storm trooper Heads) I pulled out a bunch of scape customs I had rebased some 3 months ago and painted the bases up and added scenics to them. I still have about 100 or so to do. I was cleaning the mancave. I also painted up an Ogre resin print and a giant demon that I printed on the fdm printer at least a year ago. I also found some very old templar knights I painted a good three years ago. I touched up all the white on them. Back then, I washed everything and the white looked like the knights ran out of TP and used their white robes. I had picked up some brown wash and didn't know what I was doing. We'll just say they look zestfully clean now. I got my pledge manager finished up for the Ankh game from cool mini or not on kickstarter and plan to dive into painting all my CMON games to get that backlog done before the next handful of kickstarters arrive. I backed Zombicide 2.0 and Ankh, and probably wont be able to not back the Massive darkness 2 coming out here shortly. I'm at a bit of a loss on what to do with most of the figures that don't have a game, and wont be getting heroscape customs. I know I can use a ton of them in games like frostgrave, or DND, if we ever decide to play that one. I kind of want to just paint figures for games that I don't have to do the work for anymore. HS Customs were fun, but just a ton of work. So much that I didn't want to play them anymore for fun after the testing was done. I may set up and try Walking dead Call to arms playing both teams just to give it a go. Since the Covid thing my one brother in law that plays hasen't played once. He was the one who loved the walking dead one as much as I do. Hopefully this replaced part will fix my resin problem and I can get back to printing. I'm really want to print some them mandos from the tv show. The one baby yoda turned out really good before the printer went out of service.

Re: Frostgrave, Halo Ground Command and other tabletop minis
Fingers crossed it stays good, after changing my FEP on my resin printer Ive had multiple perfect prints with no fails and will be shortly getting to print some mandalorians. Im going to round out my B2 army and maybe put together some arc troopers as well.
