Original thread title: Heroscape Armies Database?

I am often unsatisfied with the search feature at heroscape.com, so I want to put together a searchable database of all the Heroscape armies. I will put the search page up on my website, so everybody can use the tool to help them design armies.

I want to be able to do things like find all the figures who are shorter than 5 height, or all the figures with flying, or all the Marro with range, etc. I'm going to put it all into a SQL database, but, rather than re-enter all the stats myself, I want to put out the call to everybody out there in HS-land: Does anybody have the info already collected? Excel spreadsheets? Word docs? Filemaker Pro? Et cetera?

Also, if anybody has suggestions of other fields they think should be searchable, let me know and I will consider adding to the list. Here's the list of fields I plan on including:

Name
General
Species
Unique/Common
Hero/Squad
Figures per card
Class
Personality
Size
Height
Life
Move
Range
Attack
Defense
Cost
Special Abilities/Attacks
Origin
Release Name
Wave Number

I am only planning on including the basic stats (Move, Range, Attack, Defense) from the Master side of the card. If anybody thinks I should, I can include the stats from the Basic side of the card too - but I think that might be confusing and more trouble than it is worth.

Another nice database. A bit superior if you just want to sort units.

Text and tag searchable for multiple terms--non-flying & relentless & medium for example.

There was also a spreadsheet at one time, I don't have a link for that though.

This is much closer to what I had in mind! It has almost all the features I need. It only allows a asc/desc sort on one element, but I can live with that. And it does not include the Release Name/Wave info either, but that is a minor point. Thanks.

I think I may still go ahead with my project though. It just might take me a little longer since I won't have the immediate pressure to need to use it right away.

Information about release name/wave is in the detail of each army.
I'm currently preparing some new features to my site, so i can add the release/wave column to the table.
