It's not bad, but it's got a lot of really weak figures and not too many strong ones. I would substitute 2x Nagrubs for 1x Stingers, bringing you up to 3 squads of each. More firepower, and TKN doesn't really need that many Nagrubs.

This brought a new light to my eyes. I am just starting competitive play. I never knew all the aspects of tournaments. my competitive record is 1-4 the only competition I participated was beast of the east.

One thing, if you'be somehow managed to get ahold of a Deathwalker and some Zettian Guards, I would work on keeping them together, and using figures that bonus them.

In my opinion, you need some common squads that follow utgar if you want that to work with Torin. I would drop the ABE and instead take some rats or another cheep squad that follows utgar but you want to have at least 3 or more squads of them if you want them to work with Torin so maybe drop DW9 for some more of them, other than that its an okay army I could see it working but not as well as if you had some common squads in there.
