Yeah, I think I would have take 2 just to be safe. Their range 5 attack of 5 with the possibility for an auto-skull would have been good for taking out the 5 defense Thunderers while the Cloaking Devise kept them safe from return fire. Then once the Thunderers & Shadow Demons tried to engage, self destruct and blow them up. At least it sounds like a good strategy, but the other scenario rules might have made it not work.

Units: Predator x3, Buffy Summers (930 points) VS. Thunderers of Qward x3, Shadow Demon x3, Parademon Shock Troopers x2 (940 points)

Heat rose in great waves from the fiery pit next to the team Beyonder had assembled. The legendary slayer from earth, Buffy Summers, stood uneasily, constantly watching her three companions, a trio of the Yautja Predators. They had all taken in what Beyonder had told them in silence. Buffy shifted her feet and began to ask a question, but just then she caught sight of something out of the corner of her eye. Before she could turn to see what it was, her companions had already gotten into battle stances. Through the rippling, heated air came a small force of warriors. Some of them flew, others walked, while another type seemed to slide over the landscape like shadows.
“It seems the first of many challenges is upon you.” Was all Beyonder said before the battle broke loose...

The Parademon Shock Troopers charged first, easily handling the slopes to get to the enemy. A Predator took aim and blasted one down before he reached the summit; Buffy followed suit and struck down the first to reach her. Beyonder, with a simple sweep of his hand, sent Buffy into the midst of the enemy. Unsteady from the teleportation, Buffy missed her attacks, but regained her composer and felled two Thunderers. Meanwhile, the Thunderers advancing from another side engaged the first Predator and gave him a heavy beating. The Beyonder, taking mercy on the hunter, switched his positions with Buffy; little did he know of their willingness to sacrifice, and now positioned near a Shadow Demon, the Predator activated his Self-Destruct Wrist Gauntlet. Unfortunately for him, it was poorly timed, and the Shadow Demon was able to slip away just before the gauntlet went off. During this, Buffy continued to work her way through the enemy while the Shadow Demons killed one of the other Predators. Beyonder again cast his magic to move a Demon too close to the heat, and it perished. In rage, Anti-Monitor acts by distorting time, messing with the Summers girl. Shortly after, Buffy fell to the attacks of the Thunderers. At this point things looked bleak for Beyonder's heralds, with only a single Predator remaining. But the Predators are great warriors who never give in. Slowly but steadily, the Predator worked his way through the enemy; first killing the final Parademon Trooper and Thunderers of Qward, then one at a time handling the remaining Shadow Demons. In the end, a bruised and bloody Predator stood victorious, with Beyonder looking on in wonder.

Who won and with how many wounds? Also, list each unit destroyed during the battle and which unit destroyed it. Team Beyonder wins with Predator #3 at 3 wounds, with Beyonder still standing.

Beyonder took 3 wounds from Thunderers.
Buffy took 1 wound from Shadow Demon #3, 3 wounds from Shadow Demon #2, 1 wound from Thunderers.
Predator #1 took 4 wounds from Thunderers, last wound from Self-Destruct Wrist Gauntlet.
Predator #2 took all 5 wounds from Shadow Demon #2.
Predator #3 took 1 wound from Lava Field, 1 wound from Shadow Demon #1, 1 wound from Shadow Demon #3.
Shadow Demon #1 took 2 wounds from Predator #3, 1 wound from Lava Field.
Shadow Demon #2 took 2 wounds from Buffy, 1 wound from Predator #3.
Shadow Demon #3 took 1 wound from Buffy, 2 wounds from Predator #3.
Thunderers lost 3 figures to Buffy, 3 figures to Predator #3.
Shock Troopers lost 1 figure to Predator #2, 2 figures to Buffy, 1 figure to Predator #3.
