UNIT-Y COMMAND
After moving and before attacking with a Unique Hero you control, if you revealed a numbered Order Marker on that Hero's card this turn, you may:
- choose another Unique Hero you control. At the end of this turn, if the chosen Hero moved but did not attack, you may attack with the chosen Hero.
- choose a figure adjacent to that Hero. Until you reveal your next Order Marker, the chosen figure cannot move.
- choose two other figures you control that began this turn within 4 spaces of that Hero. Instead of attacking this turn, you may move the chosen figures.
You may choose one option per turn, and each option can only be chosen once per round. After using Unit-Y Command, you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.

COMPETITIVE REVIEW BOARD CHECKLIST

Spoiler Alert!

1. Does the design disrupt opponent's Order Markers in a way that offers a net gain in turns taken with strong figures versus the turns your opponent can take with strong figures (Ozymandias, Joker (I), Meteorite)?
   
   Nope
   
2. Does the design offer auto-wounding that either doesn't require taking turns or is otherwise extremely efficient (War Machine, Jason Voorhees, Cosmic Cube)?
   
   No autowounding.
   
3. Does the design immobilize figures or prevent turn-taking (Blob, Spider-Girl, Diablo, Green Lantern Alan)?
   
   It can allow one immobilization per round, but no prevention of turns.
   
4. Does the design move opponent's figures in a way that's easy to pull off and can move figures multiple spaces in multiple directions (Graviton, Magneto, Vulture)?
   
   Can't move foes figures.

   Yes, allows two extra figures moving on a turn, at cost of attack for the turn.

   Yes and no. Works with figures that provide passive movement for an extra attack.
   
7. Does the design offer any sort of passive boost outside of a narrow set of figures (Star-Lord, Sage, Brainiac 5, Captain America, Batman [III])?
   
   The passive boosts she provides work with all Unique Heroes, but aren't stat based and are more geared toward her thematic teams.
   
8. Does the design help keep your allies alive just by being nearby (Daring Decoy, Aaron Cash, Jocasta, Weather Wizard)?
   
   Nope
   
9. Is it OK for the design to have defensive abilities that could make it essentially unkillable in some matchups or endgame situations (Cosmic Cube, Healing Factor, Master Martial Artist)?
   
   Only defensive ability affects ranged attacks on her alone.
   
10. If the figure has auto-destroy powers or powers that can force the opponent's figures to attack each other, are they balanced for strong opposing figures and/or boosts that can make the powers more reliable (Puppet Master, Psycho-Man, Enchantress)?
    
    Probably the only concern is whether or not to put a range limit on her Technopathic Control
    
11. Is the figure likely to earn its value many times over by either running out alone at the start of a battle (pre-eval Crow, Solomon Grundy) or by sitting in the startzone until the end of a battle (Arnim Zola, Silk Spectre)?
    
    Nope

    I never know how to answer this. She's a very generalist leader, so she is likely one that will have to be kept in mind?

CONSISTENCY CHECKLIST (LONG FORM)

Spoiler Alert!

1. Are the character’s name and secret identity listed in a consistent format with the rest of the project? If the character shares a name and/or secret identity with another character is it properly clear whether or not they are the same character?

Yes. Does overlap with DC Livewire, and is distinguished.

2. Consider the listed Species. Are the design’s power level, point level, and statistics (life, move, range, attack, and defense numbers) within the established range for that species? If it’s an outlier, is there thematic justification for this?

Psiot, like Pete. She's a strong Psiot and Leader, but nowhere near Pete's level.

3. Consider the listed Uniqueness. Does the power text properly reflect whether the figure is a Hero or a squad, and whether it is Event, Unique, Uncommon, or common? If it’s Event, are the powers written with consideration for Event Hero rules? If it’s Uncommon, are the powers written to avoid stacking? If it’s common, are the powers written with this in mind?

Yes

4. Consider the Class and Personality. For each, is it a reuse? If so, is the character thematically consistent with other members of that Class or Personality? If not, is there a preexisting Class or Personality that would fit as well that could be used instead? Are there any existing synergies with that Class or Personality that are undesirable or that this Design would create that would be undesirable for preexisting members of that Class or Personality?

Leader and Disciplined are fairly common.

5. Consider the listed Size. If the figure is double based, is it Large or Huge? Is the chosen miniature’s physical size consistent with other miniatures in the chosen size category?

Single spaced medium.

6. Consider the listed Height. If you stack hexes up next to the figure, does the number listed for the height match up the layers of stacked hexes that match the miniature’s physical height?
Consider the listed Life number. Is this number consistent with other figures of the same species?

Yep, consistent and accurate.

7. Consider the listed Move number. Is this number consistent with other figures of that power level?

Without the flight suit she'd probably be more of a 5, as she definitely moves fast when she flies.

8. Consider the listed Range and Attack numbers. Is this number consistent with other figures that use the same type of weapon or power to attack?

Yep.

9. Consider the listed Defense number. Is this number consistent with other figures of the same or similar species and with the same or similar armor or other defensive equipment?

Yep

10. Does the figure have Super Strength? If it does or doesn’t, was this determined on the standard of that character demonstrating three things: A. The ability to throw a car B. The ability to survive a fall from a tall building and C. The ability to knock back another person when punching them?

Nope.

11. Examine all of the special powers. Are there other powers that fit the same theme already in existence in the project? If so, can they be reused? If they can’t, can those other powers be used as a basis for the mechanics and wording?

Nope. Technopath is a bit of a new ground here. Third was loosely based off an existing power to make her less counterdrafty

12. Examine any movement powers. Do they keep the figure’s speed consistent with other figures of their species and power level?
Examine any offensive powers. Do they keep the figure’s offensive potential consistent with other figures with the same powers and power levels or skills and weaponry?

Extra offense against tech, but otherwise nothing overly notable.

13. Examine any defensive, healing, or other tanking powers. Do they keep the figure’s survivability consistent with other figures of the same powers or power level or species and armor class?

She's gonna be harder to hit at range, especially by machines, but no different than most in melee.

14. Examine any leadership powers. Do they exceed the activation potential of the best existing leaders? If so, is there thematic justification for this?

Lots of discussion to make sure there were no bad Cyclops loops.

15. Consider any powers that reference darkness, electrical, figure movement, fire, gas, ice, kryptonite, light/sensory, magical, poison, psychic, stealth, or water-based abilities. Do these behave in similar ways to other powers of this type, including mentions of immunities?
Is it clear for all special powers what phase of the turn and how they are triggered, what phase of the turn they are active in, and when and how they cease being active?

None of these references.

16. Are special powers listed in game, round, and turn order?

Yes

17. If a special power includes a D20 roll, does it make sense to list a number by the title?

Not present

18. If a power is being reused, are the title and wording copied accurately?

No reuse

19. Has the power title or a very similar one been used before with vastly different mechanics?

Nope

Running the checklists, looks like keeping in mind the range on Technopathic Control and teaming her with lots of after before/moving powers are things to keep in mind.

I'm thinking maybe around 250ish as a start here, but could be waaaay off.

No idea on costs, but mid-200s sounds right-ish. Martian Manhunter I and two solid mid-tier attackers seems like a potent build for her.

Nay as is the second power is a little broken. Since all you have to do is choose an Android, Cyborg, or figure with an X-O marker on its card (regardless of proximity to Livewire) you could literally pick off someone in your opponent's start zone on turn 1 or round 1 if your opponent happened to bring one of those figures. I want to see some kind of restriction placed on that SA first.

I've got 0 issue putting a range cap on that as stated before, but no one has raised any issue in a while. Don't know how to make that modification mid vote, but perfectly fine with the change as long as it does have at least a range of like 6-8 spaces or so. She has ridiculous range on her powers, but I totally understand balance concerns coming first.

Just make the change and trust others to change their votes or comment if they dislike it. I think a range is a good idea.
