Here's a second pass over those. This looks like a simple set of powers but they're all a little funky, honestly!
WHITE LIFE BATTERY 4 Start the game with 4 white Battery Markers on this card. For the entire game, this White Lantern, and any Unique Hero you control that is not a White Lantern, adds one to its Life number for each white Battery Marker on its card. Before taking a turn with this White Lantern, you may remove a white Battery Marker from this card to remove 2 Wound Markers from this card. ---This one originally just had figure, and I'm assuming this isn't intended to work on squads and give every single squaddie +4 Life. I went with Unique Hero, which cuts out Event Heroes. Don't know if that's an issue or if squaddies are, in fact, meant to get the bonus life. LIGHT IN THE DARK 17 After taking a turn with this White Lantern, if he is engaged, roll the 20-sided die, adding 1 to the roll for each card in your army with at least one white Battery Marker on it. If you roll 17 or higher, take an additional turn with 1 White Lantern or up to 2 other Unique Heroes you control with white Battery Markers on their cards. You may not take any additional turns with other figures you control. ---I split off the last line into a sentence here - was kind of getting to be a run-on. No big deal either way though. BRIGHTEST DAY Whenever a Unique Hero you control would be destroyed, if it is within 6 clear sight spaces of this White Lantern, is not an Android, Construct, or Undead, and does not have a white Battery Marker on its card, you may instead remove a white Battery Marker from this card and place it on that figure's card. That Hero is not destroyed and any wounds that Hero would have received are ignored. ---This is a super conditional power - three classes, a sight restriction, a marker restriction, only when it would be destroyed. It's tough to make that clear, but I think adding all the commas helps. ---I also rephrased the last line... I don't know, I'm just sort of playing around with it? It's a little unorthodox. There's no gameplay difference with the Unique Hero restriction on White Life Battery, so I'm cool with that. If you and Karat both agree on that wording I'm happy with it. You guys are the wordsmiths as far as I can tell.

This might be overly pedantic, but every other Lantern's Battery Markers have a kind of unified look, with a sort of "aura" surrounding the actual symbol. Would that be possible to replicate here?
