I wonder what is the "scale ratio" of converting figure weight (which includes base) to weight of character if was in "real world". To calculate correctly we would need to get weight of the base and subtract from each figure weight, then use that to multiply be weight ratio. If Otinashi is 2.3 g, guessing base is ~1.5g of that. I remember hearing somewhere that Sir Denrick is exactly 6 feet tall (could be a different figure, not sure) so let assume he weighs a little buff (with chainmail) at 90 kgs (200 lbs) / 3 g of figure weight = means weight scale ratio is 1:30,000. Otinashi would weigh 21 kg = 46.3 lbs, so might be a little off.

After someone confirms the base weight, @Ulysses can use spreadsheet with formula =(X2-1,5)*300 for Kg weight of unit (where X2 is row of first weight) then for lbs *2.20462.
