It would probably read fine if you removed “and is”. Since Arm Rockets uses Donald Ferguson’s full name, you should probably say Donald Ferguson here as well for consistency (or use just Donald in the Arm Rockets).

Soldiers: Captain America, War Machine, and Kryptonian Soldier.

Due to the multiple attacks with Arm Rockets SA, this could activate twice.

Arm Rockets Special Attack
Special Attack doesn’t need to be capitalized in the text. Would this need to be Attack 4+Special ?

I think it might also read better if you swap the order of the two sentences.

Yep, David said that was inconsistent, also. I know the character very well, and he's definitely an Agent to Brit's soldier.

Donald healed one wound, and once he took two wounds, cutting down his SA, he couldn’t wound Elektra enough before she killed him.

Bullseye totally outgunned him here.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bullseye with 2 wounds.

Units: Tigra (170)
She closed the gap and then killed Donald in one hit.

This time Donald hit her hard, but then her Berserker Rage tore him to shreds in one turn.

No chance here. Spidey picked him off and dodged everything.

Donald put 5 wounds on Blob before he even got close! But once the gap closed, Blob killed him in two hits.

Once Donald takes those first two wounds, he’s much less of a threat. Gorilla Man’s 6 attack drought him down pretty quickly.

- Give a brief overview. This was a slaughter. Donald killed Deadpool in one turn, and Deathstroke took wounds when he wasn’t taking turns, so he couldn’t heal them. Donald pretty much led the charge here.

Nick drops Sharon and Donald pretty close to the enemy’s star zone, and Cyborg moves up. Sharon deals 1 wound to Diamondback. Deadpool hits Cyborg for a wound. Donald rolls 4, then 3 skulls with his rockets, and kills Deadpool in 1 turn! Cable then blasts Donald for 3 wounds. Sharon misses Cable, and the Agents deal 1 wound to him. Deathstroke misses Donald. Donald and Cyborg both heal.
Cable misses Donald, who then retreats to hopefully heal later on. The Agents put 3 wounds on Cable. Deathstroke starts killing some Agents, and Cable hides behind the ruins. Cyborg hits Deathstroke for 2 wounds. Cable obliterates Cyborg with Sighting. Donald moves back up and kills Deathstroke. The Agents go on the hunt, and Cable puts 2 more wounds on Donald. Donald then finishes off Cable, and then Sharon kills Diamondback.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Nick Fury unwounded, Sharon Carter unwounded, Donald with 3 wounds, and only 2 Shield Agents dead.

- What should be the unit's point value? 170
- Give a brief overview. Donald didn’t get too many activations here. It was mostly Cap trying to outrange Enchantress’ nasty abilities. He did help move a few people forward a couple of times. The end was EXTREMELY close, with Brit and Donald on one side, and Enchantress and Kid Flash on the other. Brit and Kid Flash were swapped, then Donald was killed. Kid Flash ALMOST killed Enchantress, which would have swapped Kid and Brit back, and Brit definitely had the advantage over Kid. But Kid didn’t roll that blank, and Brit killed him before he could finish Enchantress.

Enchantress keeps her teammates close to possibly Soul Swap Kid Flash away. The soldiers are wary, keeping away, and trying to deal wounds from afar. Enchantress kills Bucky in one hit. Comedian flamethrows Enchantress and Executioner, dealing them both a wound! Kid Flash hits Comedian for 2 wounds. Executioner deals 1 wound to Comedian. Cap throws his shield, dealing a wound to Executioner. Donald misses Executioner. Donald puts 2 wounds on Executioner, and moves Brit up to height. Cap puts a wound on Enchantress. Enchantress enchants Kid Flash and sends him after Cap, who blocks the attack. Brit hits Executioner with a huge 7 die attack (Height + Cap), and takes him out! Cap keeps trying to outrange Enchantress’s Soul Swap. She kills Comedian, resetting the round. Brit hits Enchantress for a wound, still avoiding Soul Swap! Donald’s rockets hit Enchantress for a wound. Enchantress enchants Kid Flash to kill Cap, who then loses his turn! Brit attacks Enchantress, but misses, and she swaps him and Kid Flash!She then enchants Brit, and deals 3 wounds to Donald! Donald misses Enchantress, and enchanted Brit finishes Donald. Kid Flash deals two wounds to Enchantress as Brit pounds on him. As Enchantress has a single wound left, Brit finishes Kid Flash.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Enchantress with 6 wounds, and Brit with 1 wound (Soul Swapped)

Initial finished! He was lots of fun. I didn't get much use out of his cover fire, but the first test I tested his agent synergies (And whenever I pay SHIELD they win by a ton, so I'm not sure how to take that).

I'm liking 170 for public testing, and we can see from there.
