Kinda like cupcakes without icing
Or, at least, like Hostess Cupcakes without the curly-que on top.

So I...

...to...

...or...

...or...

...and just in case...

------------------------------------------------
Tutorial
1. Collect plastic bottle caps.
2. Super glue miniature/toy on top.
3. Spray paint (get a better shade of gray...mine is too dark).
Check the paint color index thread.
------------------------------------------------

Pros
1. No more bald castle walls.
2. Battlefield is badass.
3. Easy to make.
4. No trees? No problem.
5. No permanent alteration to wall and tile pieces (good for those with meager collections).

Cons

1. It's annoying if too many...especially in castle wall saturated portions of the map. When you move your figure, you may knock off a Kalabira (Skeleton) or two.
2. Awkward with Marvel terrain. No wait...Marvel terrains are awkward for Valhalla.

Re: Ugly-Caco: Castle Wall Accessory

Great solution! Taking it even further, you could put gravel/rocks on top to create a broken wall effect. But the statue thing can really add serious flavor. Might want to check the card text, though; it could be interpreted to say that every opponent could take a swipe.

Yeah, when I was brainstorming for the caps, I thought about styrofoams. But then I thought I'm too lazy for semi-intricate stuff (and I lack materials). Then I saw a Diet Coke gray cap. I put it on top of a wall. It looked mediocre-OK. Then I saw my key chain skeleton (I use those for keychains. See 2nd photo's bottom right). Tadaaaa! Mediocre-awesome (I know i can do better...no time/resources)!

But yeah, I might pimp those obvious plastic cap stands. Maybe gravel.

You're right, I'll fix it. I even have to put size on the card. Thanks.

-Edit
I changed it. I don't know if it's better now.

Re: Ugly-Caco: Castle Wall Accessory

Fracking brilliant.

Uncapped castle walls bugged me too.

Now I have a use for the zillion water bottle caps laying around.

Wondering, what are the figures that you are putting on the top of your bottle caps(and keychains)? Those sceleton guys are pretty cool.

Re: Ugly-Caco: Castle Wall Accessory

I bought a bag of those for P64. That's about $1.40. There's about 30-35 plastic skeletons in the bag. They were with those green toy soldiers in the toy section.

I intentionally bought them for HS custom units but they were really tall for human skeletons. So yeah I use them for keychains.

Example of ancient greek automaton. Living statues made of metal, and are machines. Talos was the biggest one, created by the god of forge and fire, Hepheastus.
