I didn’t even notice your class call out Arkham. My favorite option was the power with “sword” in it but I get that it’s not everyone’s first choice.

I’ve got no strong feelings about it but I think you make a logical case. Either way it seems like some units will get excluded that could probably counter the power. I feel the same either way with MMA or the class callout.

I don't think we have clarity on where the majority of folks stand, much less everyone. I don't think we've even heard from the majority of Heroes.

Fwiw, I'm ultimately fine with/can see the logic in the MMA call out or in a Fighter/Warrior call out. Both have their gaps and oddities, but can be justified (was honestly fine with Swordplay call out too, under the same logic, but if its inclusion was turning a Hero's stomach, I didn't mind cutting it).

So I guess I'll give a day or two here for folks to chime in with preferences between:

A. Master Martial Arts figures being immune to Iaijutsu

or

B. Fighters and Warriors being immune to Iaijutsu

or

C. No immunity

I'd probably just cut the immunity altogether, but this is such a minor thing it really doesn't matter to me. So whatever that answer is. I'd say B if you made me pick one of those options.

A as far my clout goes lol. I like the martial arts idea, don't see why brawlers and Asgardians need the block.

I'll add in an option C to cut any immunity. I worry it's poor "future-proofing" to do so, though, as the mechanics seem fairly reusable, but the name isn't super reusable.

Without any trinket text like the immunity, I would want to rename the power. That’s definitely a power that could be reused.

I plan to leave this open until at least the end of the day today, but so far it seems like B would be the most palatable for the most people, including Ark, who I know wants to reuse this elsewhere. I really don't want to change the name, but I agree with Tickle that if we went option C, we'd need to.
