Okay, more on the lines of rules If I want to make an army of a common squad do I need to have the cards for each. I know at home it's your own rules. but if I were to go to a tournament and had 3 sets of 4th Mass line but only one card would there be hell to pay(not allowed to play all 3)?

You only need one card for multiple commons. One card for multiple squads of Axegrinders (common squad); one card for multiple Drow Chainfighters (common hero).

Yes they changed the rules between v1 and v2 of the ROTV rulebook (so like 2007) where you only need one card, but figure powers may reference more than one card. Only reason to use multiple is if you are "drafting" cards before the game - whether home games or some specific drafting tournaments. But even then after your army is picked you can set aside multiple cards and only use one when playing.

What spray paint do people use for making brown bases that match?

I saw recommendations for Krylon Fusion 2441 Satin Brown Boots, but this seems near impossible to find these days. Is there a place that still stocks this?

His attack aura can be nasty sometimes, but personally I'd always draft Q9 over him. 180 is just too much for how careful you need to be with the rest of your draft.
