A. Iconic look.

I also like the first post. Simple and to the point. He's beefier than Kato, but he can't get a turn moving/attacking with 8 guys. So we'll see how his points play out in comparison.

Nay to Mercs. I think the list is fine as it is. Criminal squads = enough Merc-like for me.

B mini for me. I've seen him look many different ways in the face, but he's always been big. I only have mini B, so I don't know how they look side by side, but I trust Bats that A is too small.

Yeah, I argued pretty heavily against triple mentions of Kingpin when I discussed this with Griff. Overkill.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
