We should setup a sub-forum called something like "Non-Optomistic, Jumping the Gun Concerns / Nay-saying" so that we can just segregate all of this "the sky is falling / D&D sucks" stuff into one place so the rest of us that like getting more Scape don't have to see it.

In all seriousness - No, I'm not concerned one bit about the lack of figures. 18 figures is better than 0 figures and, with the amount of new content we got for this game over the last year, I'm quite cool with it.

Plus, there's also the shift back to HEROscape that's been going on (and that's a good thing, by the way), not to mention scapers have been asking for 2-man squads for a millenia now. Both of those things = less figures in a wave, but less figures in a wave =/= less conent or less awesomeness.

No way, I love the DnGer's! The really hardcore anti-WotC ones in particular. They have this amazingly funny way of always, ALWAYS seeing the worst in every single bit of news related to heroscape. Besides with no one to disagree with wheres the fun in posting?

If we're having a free-for-all whinge about small stupid stuff, I'd like to complain about...
  • Apostrophes where there should not be apostrophes,
  • A lack of apostrophes where there should be apostrophes,
  • The gradual reduction of the number of letters in "disappointing",
  • The idea that because the word "hero" is in the title of the game we love then heroes are somehow better than squads. Sure, you can prefer heroes if you like, but this is not a good reason to do so,
  • Everything else that bugs me.
