Points Auh!!!

I was so excited when I got the Marvel set. But when I saw the point expense, I kind of wish I hadn't. I'm posting this because I'm just curios on other's own opinion. So if you hat the marval set entirely, tell everyone why your cursing 'VYDAR DARN THEM'. Or, convince everybody why the points expence is fair ( YAH RIGHT ). Just let it all out.

Marvel was never made to be mixed with classic Heroscape, although it can be mixed.

Why? Do you think they are overpriced? Marvel characters do seem to perform poorly with ClassicScape, due to their being medium and most lacking multiple attacks.

I have the set and love it, when played Marvel-only. I rarely mix and match.

Anyway, why are you upset about just the figures? You got awesome terrain right there too!

Besides, that's why you play with higher point armies. Have you seen the BoM thread? It works great if you follow those rules.

As Sup3rS0n1c said the BoM brings Marvel and Classic togeather and makes it very fun quick and playable (I'm a judge so I should know).

Because "Thou hath been condemed by the glorious might of thine ruler, Jandar!" coming from Sir Denrick wouldn't sound right.

"Prepare to be terminated. Vydar orders it and so it shall be done." Sounds much better. Though, the ensuing "Error detected. Systems compromised. Error error error error..." Isn't great either...

This thread really isn't great, and I think more people like Marvel than hate it. The point costs are totally justified. Eh, at least the opener's sig is epic.
