Correct. Veers must take the turn to activate the squaddies. If you use Armored Support, Veers gives up his turn.

• IMPERIAL ROYAL GUARDS : Protection Detail/Make Way For the Emperor
Being a Unique Hero that follows the Galactic Empire, General Veers may benefit from the Imperial Royal Guard's PROTECTION DETAIL/MAKE WAY FOR THE EMPEROR special power.

This guy can be a cool sniper for the right opponent. Use him to counter Tauntaun Han or Jabba in an Imperial build. As part of an Imperial build, you can move him up within range and then spend 1 OM per round calling in ATAT fire and attacking with 2 squaddies and the other OMs keeping the heat off of him.

When it says 3 sight spaces, when is that measured? After Veers moves or before?

Missing Scout Troopers in the synergies here. Without Fi Skirata keeping the books updated we fell behind on these.
