I think 320-340 is about right. I'd draft him within that range. He did decent damage when looking back at my tests, and Gutudak's, so I think he'd still be just fine. He has the potential to be quite dangerous if you're lucky enough, but he's always been killed pretty easily too once he is targeted. I think with the right defensive units backing him, such as Valkyrie and Invisible Woman etc., he can play at 330-340.

Honestly, with swingy characters I like to take the middle ground. That way you're not so high that they feel unworth the points at their worst or so low they feel overpowered at their best. In this case the middle ground is 330.

Personally I would propose at 330 and if that fails try 340.
His draft-ability is going to be swingy depending on who you are facing.

At 330, you can pair him with Animal Man, Ice, Huntress, or Batman (Dick Grayson) for a small 500 point Justice League team.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
