Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)
For that second power, I kind of imagined something to represent the more “cowboy” side of his character, whether that’s a power to represent his...unique...style of combat or something else.

I did draw up a Starfire (II) Outlaw one time, should still be in my New 52 thread and in my designs- also, didn't we have an Arsenal in playtesting a looooooong time ago who was designed for Titan/Outlaw synergy? Whatever happened to that? What's up with claymation? |

He’s done, but not released. We definitely need more Roy Harpers for sure.

Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)
We need ball cap Roy.
Good call on a cowboy power. I’d love to see some takes on that. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)
NAME = JOHNNY CASH SECRET IDENTITY = SUE SPECIES = HUMAN UNIQUENESS = UNIQUE HERO CLASS = OUTLAW PERSONALITY = PATRIOTIC SIZE/HEIGHT = MEDIUM 5 LIFE = 4 MOVE = 5 RANGE = 5 ATTACK = 3 DEFENSE = 3 POINTS = ? HURT Before taking a turn with Johnny Cash, you may place a Wound Marker on this card. If you do, you may place a Wound Marker on the card of any figure within 3 clear sight of spaces of Johnny Cash. RING OF FIRE SPECIAL ATTACK Range Special. Attack 4. All figures exactly 2 spaces away from Johnny Cash are affected by this attack. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. BURN, BURN, BURN Place an Orange Burn Marker on the card of each figure that receives one or more wounds from the Ring of Fire Special Attack and is not destroyed. For the rest of the game, before a figure with a Burn Marker on their card takes a turn, they must roll a combat die before taking any other action or using any other power. If a skull is rolled, place one Wound Marker on that figures card, if a blank is rolled, remove the Burn Marker from that card. A figure standing on a water tile may immediately remove any Burn Markers on their card. Last edited by Yodaking; August 6th, 2019 at 11:10 PM. |

Re: Out-there Heaven (Movie, TV, and Video Game Characters)
Hurt should be first and I'd probably lower the range on it, but otherwise: a work of art!

Vocal range. Words hurt. Maybe 2 or 3 spaces?

That pairs well with his desire to run into the middle of a crowd an unleash his ring of fire.
*edit* I'll just edit the post above rather then repost the design this quickly. |

Right? Not a sniper. He wants to be in front of a crowd.
