Its annoying when someone takes lots of time to do a turn in a 400 500pt game. They should be thinking their moves while you do yours and not ten minutes after you finish.
So here is a simple variant to make games quick and exciting. You can only spend 2 minutes for each turn marker and when time runs out your turn is over, even if you have done only one of the attacks of syvarris.
This enters a new concept, when your nerves fail and you make a mistake.

Two minutes per turn marker would not work. It would have to be 2 minutes per turn. Otherwise a player who gets lucky rolls with his Venoc Vipers might not get the chance to take all of his turns. Other figures such as the Tarn Viking Warriors could potentially take more than 2 minutes if they get the right roll.
It would not come up too often since they both require fairly high rolls of the D20 but the system would need to be flexible enough to accomodate the possibility.
