Here is my latest dice box. 2/24/09









I havent finished it yet. I still have to cut the felt, as you can see.

I would be willing to make some more if anyone wants to buy/trade for it.








I saw these in the store the other day and saw they needed some work. So I picked them up and this is the final product.







I painted it black but it looks silver in the first pic.

It also holds figures really good for transporting them in tournaments.

These 2 are also up for trade/sell, so if you want one shoot me a PM.

Hey thanks guys.

That idea came across my mind jandarforever. I couldnt decide if I should paint it, burn it, or just use marker to put a symbol on the front. If I did I would probably do Aquilla, or Ullar. Its a great idea.

Any idea/recommendations on how put a symbol on??

I would definitely wood burn it. I come from a family that thinks it's a sin to paint good looking wood. Burning it is a natural, beautiful way of enhancing a great looking project like that. I'm not sure as to how to get it on, but my brother uses carbon paper. I think what he does is takes a sheet of carbon paper, places it on the wood, and then puts a pre-drawn image on the carbon paper. He then draws over the image again, and the carbon paper will put the lines onto the wood. The lines can easily be erased, and you can burn right over them. Like I said, I'm not sure if that's the way it's done. I'll ask my brother tomorrow to make sure.
