WOW! The C3G cards for DC characters are awesome! I've ordered these Heroclix figs and have a couple questions now...
- Green Lantern
- Harley Quinn
- Robin
- Flash
- Wonder Woman
- Catwoman
- Batman
- Batgirl
- Superman
- Supergirl

So is it best to debase the figs and put them on heroscape bases? Thinking they would jive better with the Scape game, but from a resale value take a hit.. but not sure. Also, I'm buying almost all commons so doubt the will be worth much anyways right? Heroclix is mass produced so to speak?

What cardstock is best to print them out on? thickness?

Lastly, the Wolverine card is cool, but was hoping there might an option for his blue outfit or orangish outfit? He was my favorite and still is but want the fig to mesh best with the rest of the figs if i can.

I'm a guy who rebased Galactus and Anti-Monitor, so probably not a good one for advice on resale value.

I'll leave the production advice to smarter folks than I, though! Glad you're enjoying them.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I don't worry about resale since I buy only common figures and figured if I sell any of them it will be to others on this site in which case re basing is a bonus. I use some of the clix base parts as bottoms of custom terrain.


As far as figures...you can use any figure you want. We have both the blue and yellow and the brown and yellow Wolverine figure and do not own the "official" figures. We tend to by the best price vs look figures we can find and ignore what's listed most of the time. If we have two figures close on price we take the best looking one...some look better than others. Also this project has been going on for nearly 10 years so some of the older cards have had much better looking figures come out since then...or cheaper.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I would not worry about re-basing unless you really want to.

If you want to use them with ladders you can use a poker chip to act as a base for the figure to set on.

Use whatever figures you want. The 'official' figures are simply a suggestion.

Hi all! I just wanted to wrap up this thread by saying thanks to everyone who helped me with making these! My kiddo loved getting some of them for Christmas and we can have more and better battles for years to come! Might need to pick-up some more evil figs yet hehe.

Anyhow this is an awesome community and our family loves the game HeroScape!

I took a couple pics to share the results but don't know how to upload them to http when I click the insert pics button.
