well, the results are in and it looks like we are going to make two customs.

Please submit images to me via PM for units that fit an Einar hero and/or Ullar squad. Images will be accepted until Thursday March 26, 2009.
I will combine them and present them for another poll.

Those templates are rather restrictive, how about

A) EXAMPLE
Common Hero
Medium-Large
Less than 100 points
Vydar
Single Based

A template like that could work better. And be less restrictive. Or if we want a certain type-

B) EXAMPLE
Unique Hero
Medium
70-180 Points
Utgar
Single Based
Special: Must have synergy with Shades.

Maybe something like that.

Our templates are very similar. The point and height ranges are not selected at random but are based on the current selection of Heroscape figures made by WotC/Hasbro. If you look at large figures for example...they range from large height 4 with a double base to height 7 with a double base. There are only 2 figures that are large and are single base. Huge figures start at 8. My opinion is a unit can only go in one direction if given "Special: Must have synergy with Shades." as part of the template. Stage three give you an image to work from so that you can craft the attack/specials that fit the unit.
