The Book of Omega Red

Played this guy for the first time today through a couple games and he was such a blast. First game I lost (Viper 180, Winter Soldier, Omega Red, and Task Master vs Cyborg Superman, Deathlok, Cyborg, and Donald Ferguson). Taskaster fell quickly, didn't even get an attack in. Winter Soldier got one good attack away from destroying his mark, Cyborg Superman, but failed. Viper and Omega made a good combo but Viper was also destroyed, leaving Omega all by himself, and that's when he made a comeback, offing Superman and Deathlok, only to lose to Cyborg. Second game was similar as my friend used the same cyborg team and I replaced Winter Soldier and Task Master with Deadpool and Sandman. Except in the second game, Omega Red ran the table by himself and ended the game with 0 wounds on his card, victorious!

The figures with Healing Factor can really tear up a game sometimes. Gotta get on them hard and fast!

Cyclops (II) is probably more Healing Factor X friendly, since Prof X likes having the "X".

Yeah, a mutant build would be fun. I was thinking of pairing him with Black King and Mister Sinister.

But letting Viper tag along was a good combo. Omega Red with two attacks and two chances at healing, then Viper gets to take a turn and reveal that X and put on an auto wound if she gets at least one skull on her attack roll. I know my friend hated losing initiative knowing that was gonna be coming first.

Mister Sinister can definitely do some crazy stuff.

I like giving Sabertooth a lower Attack and just using his SA instead.
