I've gotta a symbol for ya ... but I'm not going to post it.
Anyway, GreyOwl has been alerted and is aware of the issue, so hopefully it will get changed soon here.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I don't know why everybody's freaking out and running around like crazy people! It looks fine to me, the power's there!

Seriously, though...I'm not sure how that happened. The copy on my computer had the power on it. So I apologize, but it's been fixed now, both in the links for the cards and the figure PDF.
