Krug HELP!!!

a friend of mine thinks that he can use krug's wounded smash and double attack combined, so he'd be attacking twice per turn for say 6 attack, and the rulebook says "Special attacks can never be modified by glyphs, other special powers or height advantage" and since i don't think that the double attack stacks, it's considered a special attack and thus cannot be enhanced by the wounded smash

Wounded smash is not a Special Attack it modifies his normal attack and he can attack twice with full bonuses. Neither of the abilites are special attacks which always will say Special Attack in the name of the ability or in the description.

i'm sayin' that double attack doesn't stack, or can be used repeatedly, and because of that fact, double attack is a special attack, so you can only use one or the other because "Special attacks can never be modified by glyphs, other special powers or height advantages." according to the rule book

His is a named ability, in the rule book their talking about "Special Attack" look at Mimrings card

It's not a special attack, it's a special ability, special attacks say, "Special Attack",

All special attacks are labeled as such in the name to use the example Josef presented Mimring's special attack is called, "Fire Line Special Attack." All special attacks are named like that.

Double Attack is most certainly NOT a special attack. Its a special power that grants 2 normal attacks, both of which would receive any applicable bonuses (height, aura's, Wounded Smash, etc.).

He knows that.

What we are trying to say is that Krugs abilities can be used in conjunction because neither are special attacks, because the wording does not indicate them being so.
