When flying can you fly over figures that are engaged, normally you can not move through figures that are engaged?

Clarifying... is the +9 if the figure's height? As in, "9" is the number of height they have to have above the other figure's height (with bh)? Sorry...I feel like I am making this harder than it is.

The rule is "10 or more levels higher than the height of the lower figure".

So, for Braxas standing on level one: 1 + 13 + 9 = 23
You must be standing on level 24 or higher to have extreme height on Braxas (or level 2 or higher to have normal height advantage).

For a Nagrub standing on level four: 4 + 3 + 9 = 16
You must be standing on level 17 or higher to have extreme height on that Nagrub (or level 5 or higher to have normal height advantage).

I don't think that's right CMgames. From the rise of the valkyrie rulebook page 14 height is determined based on the height of one figure's base on another figure's base. You had the numbers for height right though, 1 tile higher is one die while 10 tiles higher is two dice.

Regular height advantage is determined strictly off the relative positions of the bases. In order to qualify for extreme height advantage you have to take the height of the lower figure into account.

When abilities mention "unique" figures, uncommon figures are also include.
