I propose we move Atom to Final Editing at 50 points!
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

By "carried off the opponent's figure" do you mean carried off the opponent's figure's card when he's on that card due to Molecular Irritant? If so ... no, because the friendly figure that would carry him can't be adjacent to him while he's not on the battlefield.
