Re: The Book of Count Vertigo
Card is also probably correct here, given the range of 6 on his other powers as well.

Re: The Book of Count Vertigo
The flying portion of NULLIFY checks before moving, the -3 to movement does not state when it checks or ceases to check. I suspect there is some other rule that everyone else knows that makes this a non issue but since I don't know it this can be interpreted many ways. How does this power handles the following:
I, at 7 clear line spaces, move toward him, do I immediately reduce my remaining movement by 3 once I hit the 6 space threshold? The opposite question would be reasonable as well, do I gain 3 potential spaces once I clear 6 CL spaces from him? If I started at 6 and my first step got me to 7, does NULLIFY cease and if so I am given a refund of movement points? |

Re: The Book of Count Vertigo
Hehe, yeah that's my fault. My brain decided that meant movement and it clearly doesn't. Thanks for clearing that up!

Re: The Book of Count Vertigo
Hyper technical proofreading. “Less” should be “fewer” in electronic implant. Also, “opponent’s” is singular in the first sentence of “nullify.” Not sue if it is a big deal, or if you want the usage consistent across characters... I just asked about which (singular or plural) is wanted in the Book of Darkseid, where one is used in the PDF and the other is used in the SP.

Re: The Book of Count Vertigo
I'll let the wording gurus weigh in on opponents' before making any changes here.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Count Vertigo
It would have been cleaner to just have been consistent and used "An opponent's figure" from the start.
Having said that, there technically isn't anything wrong with not using the article. Although I agree with the "fewer/less" distinction, I'm not sure that there will be much interest in retconning a decade-old card for that. Plus it illustrates our growth as a design team. |

There you go. Historical document. Can’t touch it for non-mechanical reasons.
