Two significant wins there, including one with an army worth 100 fewer points! Definitely not wanting to go under 320 for her right now.

I think her teleportation power is most useful for start zone bombing. But in more of a defensive pod army, you're probably better off saving her battery marker for Indigo Light of Compassion as you did here (to great success).

I suppose the teleportation could be nice for moving the pod as a whole too, but I don't think you necessarily missed out by not using it here, you just made a strategic decision.

- Give a brief overview. In both games I used her on teams with defensive units like requested. Fun design but not sure I am playing her right. Indigo Light Of Compassion came in handy but I never got to try the teleportation power she has in this game.

Units: 1,180 point army Captain America (C3G), Ms. Marvel, Indigo-1, War Machine VS Red Lantern Atrocitus,Wrecker, Piledriver, Bulldozer, Thunderball

(summary)Captain America chooses his entire team for Avengers Assemble, and Ms. Marvel chooses Indigo-1 and War Machine for Avenger Attack Command. The game starts out with Ms. Marvel advancing, followed by Atrocitus, then War Machine, and then Wrecker who attempts Wrecking Crew but fails. Next Indigo-1 takes the field, followed by Piledriver who attempts Wrecking Crew but fails. Captain America advances, and Atrocitus engages Ms. Marvel, and War Machine rolls for his Auto Chain Gun special power dealing 2 wounds to Atrocitus. Atrocitus attacks Ms. Marvel dealing her 1 wound. Atrocitus then uses Rage Gambit and attacks Ms. Marvel again dealing her another wound but also taking 1 wound due to Ms. Marvel's The Best Defense special power. Atrocitus then decides to roll the unblockable attack die against himself 3 times and recieves 1 more wound. Indigo-1 moves adjacent to Ms. Marvel and fires at Atrocitus but misses. Wrecker engages Indigo-1 and War Machine rolls for his Auto Chain Gun dealing Wrecker 1 wound. Wrecker attacks but Indigo-1 manages to block, then he rolls and gets Wrecking Crew and has Bulldozer advance who then trys but fails at getting Wrecking Crew. War Machine opens fire on Wrecker dealing him 2 more wounds. Atrocitus uses Rage Vomit removing all three red Battery Markers from his card and dealing 3 wounds to Ms. Arvel destroying her. Wrecker attacks Indigo-1 who blocks then using Wrecking Crew he has Bulldozer use his Charging Headbut and attack Indigo-1. However before he can War Machine opens fire with his Auto Chain Gun and deals Bulldozer 1 wound. Indigo-1 blocks and removes what turns out to be the “X” Order Marker from Bulldozer's card by using Indigo Light Of Compassion. Captain America advances and uses his Shield Throw managing to deal Wrecker a wound and destroy Atrocitus. Wrecker attacks Indigo-1 who takes 1 wound and then he attempts Wrecking Crew but fails. War Machine takes down Wrecker, and this forces my opponent to skip their next turn. War Machine fires his Armor Piercing Rocket Launcher at Bulldozer dealing him a total of 3 wounds. Piledriver engages Indigo-1 and attacks but is blocked and looses the number 3 Order Marker on his card thanks to her Indigo Light Of Compassion special power. He then attempts and fails to get Wrecking Crew. Cap uses his Shield Throw and nails Bulldozer for a wound and Piledriver for 2 wounds. Thunderball advances, and War Machine takes down Bulldozer. My opponent had to skip this turn, and War Machine deals Piledriver 2 wounds. Piledriver attacked Indigo-1 who blocked with her Light Of Compassion. Captain America then engaged Piledriver and attacked taking him out. Thunderball advanced and War Machine was ready with his Auto Chain Gun dealing Thunderball 3 wounds.War Machine then brings the fight right to him, and destroyes Thunderball.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Captain America 0 wounds, Indigo-1 1 wound, War Machine 0 wounds

- Give a brief overview. Another good game, and this time a much closer game. Placed defensive units on Indigo-1's team again but still not sure I am getting the most out of her. Once again her Indigo Light Of Compassion comes in very useful. However once again I found no situation where I had to anywhere and used her teleportation power to do it.

Units: 1,175 point army Captain America (C3G), Silver Surfer (C3G), Indigo-1, Invisible Woman VS 1,170 point army Surtur, Iron Man Stealth Suit

(summary)Captain America obviously chooses the rest of his army for Avengers Assemble.The game kicks off with Invisible Woman advancing, followed by Iron Man, and then Silver Surfer. Iron Man moves and opens fire on Silver Surfer who blocks, and Indigo-1 advances. Iron Man fires at Silver Surfer again, and once again he misses. Captain America advances and Iron Man engages Invisible Woman and attacks dealing her 2 wounds. Silver Surfer engages Iron Man and uses The Power Cosmic removing the “X” Order Marker from his card. He attacks Iron Man dealing him devistating 3 wounds. Iron Man attacks Invisible Woman who manages to block, and Silver Surfer destroys Iron Man. This forces my opponent to skip their next turn. Then Surtur advances and uses his Twilight Sword on Silver Surfer dealing him 2 wounds. Captain America advances and uses his Shield Throw Special Attack on Surtur and even manages to deal him 1 wound. Surtur engages Invisible Woman and attacks but is stopped by Indigo-1's Indigo Light Of Compassion and Indigo-1 removes the number 3 Order Marker from Surtur's card. Silver Surfer uses the Power Cosmic removing both the number 3 Order Marker as well as the “X” Order Marker from his card before firing at Surtur and dealing him 4 wounds. My opponent skips their next turn and so do I. Surtur rolls for Intense Heat and deals a wound to Silver Surfer, Indigo-1, and Invisible Woman.Then Captain America engages Surtur and attacks dealing him 2 wounds. Surtur attacks Invisble Woman but is blocked by Indigo-1's Indigo Light Of Compassion and Surtur looses his number three Order Marker. Then he uses his Twilight Sword on Indigo-1 taking away her abilities for the remainder of the round. Silver Surfer attacks Surutr who blocks. and Surtur attacks and destroys Invisible Woman. Silver Surfer uses the Power Cosmic and removes the “X” Order Marker from his card before attacking Surtur and dealing him 3 wounds. Surfer then uses his Cosmic Speed to move futher away from Surtur. My opponent is forced to skp their next turn, and Surtur rolls for Intense Heat dealing a wound to Indigo-1. Surtur then moves and attacks Captain America dealing him 3 wounds before using his Twilight Sword of Indigo-1 destroying her. Captain America engages Surtur and attacks dealing him 2 wounds but Surtur turns around and destroys Captain America. Silver Surfer uses The Power Cosmic and removes both the number 3 and the X Order Marker from his card before attacking Surtur and dealing him 3 wounds. Surtur then fires at Silver Surfer dealing him 2 wounds. I am forced to skip my next turn, and then in a desperate last act Silver Surfer uses the Power Cosmic again. This time removing the numbers 2 and 3 as well as the X Order Markers from his card, Surfer then fires at Surtur and destroys him.

Now I'm kind of thinking 320-330 .... But I seem to keep coming back to 320.

So let me know what you think, folks! Should she be given a ten point boost, or are we happy with 320? 320 would be my default right now, but I'm open to a ten point padding to be safe when it comes to podscape.

She has some really big wins when she's played with defensive figures (Invisible Woman, War Machine, Bizarro). One of the big advantages she has over John Stewart as a teleporter is that she can move Flying figures. That means she can easily set up some nasty pods like Valkyrie/Bizarro, or War Machine/Mastermind. Note that she won every game she played with War Machine on her side and no one bothered to add in Mastermind, which would make that combo even nastier. Honestly, I see her range as 330-350 right now.

Hmm, good points. She is 6-4 overall in army tests and does seem to shine with War-Machine around. 330-340 seems like it could be for the best.

Hmm... I don't think the results of her tests add up to over 330, but I agree that the potential to go above that is definitely there. I'd push for 340 based on potential alone but I think either is justified; it's a tough call.

What are folks' preferences in that range?

OK. That seems like it'd probably be TB's preference too and Johnny suggested 335, so 330 is sounding too low. I don't think more than 340 is supported by the tests and I'm happy with the amount of info we have, so I propose we move to Final Editing at 340 points!
