A Christmas expansion:

Christmas Elves
Claus Bonding Before taking a turn with Christmas Elves you may first take a turn with Santa Claus.

Santa Claus
Bag of Toys Before taking a turn with Santa Claus roll the d20. If you roll a 12 or higher Santa Claus gains one ability of any figure in play.
Summon Christmas Elves Instead of attacking you may return one previously destroyed Christmas Elf to play adjacent to Santa Claus.
