I actually think you've found a loophole. Based on reading, I think they could be chosen and then placed when a figure is destroyed OR when Nick Fury decides to drop. Remember Special Powers break normal rules. This seems like an instance where since both powers are on your own cards, you get to decide which work first, i.e. which supersedes which. I could be wrong though. Both powers refer to not starting on the battlefield, so they seem to trigger at the same time, which means d20 or you decide usually.

To me, the use of the word "only" in Secret Invasion would nullify the ability of another special power to place them.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

That was my thoughts as well which is why I thought the synergies should be updated.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

The Synergies are not quite accurate here I believe. I think the Helicarrier Drop Team special power portion needs to be edited out.
@Karat Not to be a pain but the whole Nick Fury part shouldn't have been deleted only the drop part. The Blue part can stay.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
