Could we create a marker of some sort to place in the empty space? Maybe a tree stump marker that would allow you to pass through but not stop on that space?

Could say it’s replaced by a grass tile or something?
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

How would that get worded? Would it be added to the cards or the DO rules? Might be easier to add to the rules to cover future designs.

Are other DOs specifically removing hexes that would make sense to replace with grass hexes? Not sure it would be relevant outside this card.

Jungle bushes remove the tile. Wasn't if we wanted to cover future design that may have a tile base

Ah, OK, refreshed myself on the Jungle Plant. If that got into the library without needing an answer to the removal of hexes, I don't see a need to rock the boat on it any here.

With Klaw just about done(waiting for votes on final release) I wanted to put this up again as I want to LD this next. Assuming that happens soon, I'd like to start on this next week. Do I need to put it up for approval here? Or in the Points thread like a typical figure LD? Or something else?

Palm Tree

LIFE- 1
DEFENSE- 6

PALM TREE
Whenever a special power on an Army Card refers to a Jungle Piece, it refers to Palm Tree as well.

THICK FOLIAGE
When defending against a non-adjacent attack, a small, medium, or large figure adjacent to Palm Tree may roll 1 additional defense die. A figure cannot receive more than 1 defense die from Thick Foliage or Jungle Pieces.

FALLING PALM TREE
If an Palm Tree is destroyed at any point during your turn, before removing it from the Battlefield you must choose 2 spaces in a straight line from that Palm Tree. All figures on these spaces whose bases are not higher than the height of that tree each rolls 1 unblockable attack die. Huge figures are not affected.

Assuming you're using the Jungle Tree, you can just make it a Jungle Tree DO and get rid of the first two powers.
