You get your normal move still, so she can move 6 and then get the extra 3 from Spiral Arrow. She can only choose someone she moved through via Spiral Arrow, not anyone she moved through with her normal move.

that's my question. If she's only meant to get to choose folks she's moved through with Spiral Arrow I'm not sure that's how it reads. Since she has Phantom Walk it can be argued that the folks she walked through earlier still apply.

Before attacking, move Cammy up to 3 spaces in a straight line. After this move moving, you may choose a figure adjacent to Cammy that she did not move through during this move. Attack the chosen figure and each figure Cammy moved through with this Special Attack, one at a time. Cammy must attack all figures she moved through, and may attack them even if she is engaged with a different figure.
