No worries, On Deck vote it the one vote we don't really enforce the 48hr voting window. We wait for every Hero and resolve any outstanding issues before calling the vote.

After getting more games in with Nikki, I'd like to re-look at her Dual Stun Gun power. I think it needs to be changed to a Special Attack. As a figure with Flying and a range of 5 it's too easy to boost her normal attack with height, and it gets stronger with a stat booster like Star-Lord or Cap. I'm concerned that she becomes OP at 160 pts, and would be better outside of her faction than in it.

I'd like to propose that it gets switched from:

DUAL STUN GUNS
After attacking, Nikki may attack one additional time. If a wound was inflicted on the first attack, Nikki may re-roll one attack die on the second attack. If Nikki inflicted one or more wounds against the same figure with each attack, you may remove one Order Marker at random from that figure's Army Card.

To:

DUAL STUN GUNS SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 4. Attack 4.
After attacking, Nikki may attack one additional time. If a wound was inflicted on the first attack, Nikki may re-roll one attack die on the second attack. If Nikki inflicted one or more wounds against the same figure with each attack, you may remove one Order Marker at random from that figure's Army Card.

Her normal attack would stay at a range of 5, and an attack of 4, which could still get boosted but now it's a single attack. Her Special Attack now only has a range of 4, still a double attack, but at a static 4. I'd be against a drop of her normal attack to 3 because her faction, that she is being built around, doesn't have a stat booster. I believe that it allows for some interesting decision as to which attack to use and creates more risk in having to get closer to use her Special Attack coupled with the fact that she's a soft/squishy figure. I don't know what effect this would have on her point cost if any.

I do think this faction is running into a design element where the SAs are consistently better than the normal attacks. Which isn't a problem per se, but it's something worth noting as it's pretty abnormal.
