Just looked over the tests quickly. At first glance the 7 life/7 attack/7 defense stat line looks pretty good for 350 points and the fall over dead for auto-wounds is a nice power to have on a front line unit like this. But the move of 5 on a double based figure seems to the weakness you can exploit. Ranged attackers on uneven ground should be able to drop them without getting fallen on. Just takes a lot of run and gunning. You can also just try to go after the horn holder and take control of them yourself. So it's a yea from me.

Just for clarity, I can still put OM's on them even if my opponent has taken the Horn away from me right?

Yup, the temporary control is only for the duration of the move and/or attack.

GIGANTIC IMPACT
When this Giganto is destroyed, before removing it from the battlefield you must choose 3 spaces in a straight line from one of the spaces this Giganto occupies. All figures on or within 1 space of the chosen spaces, whose bases are not higher than the height of this Giganto, receive one wound. Huge figures are not affected.

WoD should be fine if it matches Big G.
