I literally just bought the entire set of City of Heroes Heroclix for this. Super excited for this trio Fresh!

I'm gonna do the heroes one after another, then hopefully the villains won't take me too long to design! I'm hoping to have the entire CoH/CoV characters in C3G by mid 2021.

Updated the second post. I think his design might be too long for a card right now, can anyone tell? Also, I think the way Non-Lethal Quiver is currently worded that Manticore will receive the debuff from them, if anyone has a way to word around that.

Just checked for you. Yeah not even close. I start from bottom up and before I added the text for the first power I was already pushing the edges.

NON-LETHAL QUIVER
Start the game with the Glyph of Arrow: Glue, and Glyph of Arrow: Flash on this card. Manticore cannot lose these glyphs by receiving wounds unless he is destroyed. If you place a marker with this special power, you may make an immediate attack with Manticore. At the end of each round, return all Arrow Markers to their cards.

Equipment Glyph
When this glyph comes into play, place a White Glue Marker on this card. Instead of attacking with this figure, you may choose an opponent’s Hero within 8 clear sight spaces and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 12 or higher, remove the Glue Marker from this card and place it on the chosen hero’s card. A figure with a Glue Marker on its card subtract 2 from their move and may not use the Flying special power.


Glyph of Arrow: Flash
Equipment Glyph
When this glyph comes into play, place a red Flash Marker on this card. Instead of attacking with this figure, you may choose an opponent’s Hero within 8 clear sight spaces and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 12 or higher, remove the Flash Marker from this card and place it on the chosen hero’s card. A figure with a Flash Marker on its card reduce their range to 1.

It would get us started on a Glyph of Arrow system, which would be neat.

It also brings up questions, though. Like should anyone who walks by and picks these up be able to just chuck them 8 spaces?
