A question for SoCal Scapers
I will explain my situation. My 2 wal-marts don't have it. The Game Towne has only mastersets and every time I go to Game Empire there is only an occasional booster with a real high markup. (I haven't been there in a while tho so if they ever restock or anything i wouldn't really know) So.. uh.. where do you get scape stuff or when does game empire restock or somthing.

Re: A question for SoCal Scapers
Hi Pandas --
Welcome to the addiction. You've come in a bit late and all the waves have gone through Walmart pretty much. On occasion you can find some at a Walmart though, and I'll keep my eye out for you. What are you looking for? I would stay away from the local game stores for the markup reason. Really the only option (until Wave 9 & 1 comes out at Walmart) is to find them online. I happen to be on the cusp of posting a Rise of the Valkyrie and Swarm of the Marro sets for sale, so maybe that will be of interest to you. Talk/see you soon. My Recent Plays: |

Re: A question for SoCal Scapers
I know I started scaping late, I wish I started back when they were still huge at walmart. I can't buy online because my brother lost "our" green dot. I'll probably just wait for wave 1 to come to walmart. Are there any other flgs in socal.

Re: A question for SoCal Scapers
pandas you should check out GMI in Riverside, or Gameology in Montclair. If you don't have any luck there, save your money for a bit and make a large order through HouseMouse, or another online retailer.

Re: A question for SoCal Scapers
The Walmart at Grossmont Center consistantly carries Scape.
As far as I know Game Empire and Game Towne are the only local FLGS in the area. At least if you want to stay in SD county. I don't need no instructions to know how to rock.
