Here is the re-done 8-Ball's Gang. Complete with a more clear Hover-Rack, and justification for the Incompatant personality. Tell me what you think.
And this is the old version of 8-Ball himself. I am at a loss of exactly what needs to be fixed with his Cue Stick Special Attack. I know I need to add a line about only targeting small and medium figures, but is that it? Feedback: We could all use a little more |

Well I was at the library because my sister had a painting class there, and while waiting for her to finish up I decided to look and see if they had any Marvel stuff. To my surprise I found The Ultimate Guide to Spiderman and The Ultimate Guide to Hulk. Flipping through the pages it bios all their villains and allies, so I have started making the cards, from the earliest villain forward.
Appearing in The Amazing Spiderman #1, here is Chameleon, master of disguise. Chameleon (info) - The first costumed Spiderman villain, Chameleon is a master of disguise who can take appearance of anyone he sees. Feedback: We could all use a little more |

Interesting card. (Note to self: do not create customs for any Spider-Man characters ).
One, the Chameleon can not duplicate powers, or at least not very well (if I can remember correctly). However, for the game of Heroscape, that seems like a pretty valid ability. I really like his second ability, although there may need to be a clause in there for if the original figure is destroyed. Otherwise, the Chameleon player can possible get an insta-victory. |

This is the best power-thief I've seen. The fact that he doesn't have great base move, attack, or defense makes the fact that he could get stealth flying, deadly strike or stealth dodge, etc. seem fair. And it's great that he cannot effectively activate bonding. I do think he should put a marker on the copied figure's card if he's going to keep the power until his next turn comes up, which could be 10 rounds in the future for all we know.
There are a lot of great plays to make with him-- Agent Carr for 7 attack! Isamu for Vanish! Iskra to Summon! But they don't feel like cheap tricks. And the possibility to add a second Raelin aura to an army is VERY frightening. But his second power just seems wrong. Completely unfair. Let's say I'm Q9. I'm friends with Sgt. Drake. Chamelion approaches and copies Drake. Now I'm allowed to shoot my own Drake, but not the false one! What's up with that?!? It's going to suck when the enemy uses him to copy a figure that's weak on offense but boasts a great power, such as Raelin, and now he's stacking 4 extra defense dice onto everything-- and what makes it unfair is that now only my Raelin can attack Chamelion! ARRRGH! |

Sorry I thought I had replied to this earlier, but I guess not.

"If a figure friendly to a figure with an Imitation Marker on its army card targets Chameleon for an attack, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 7 or higher Chameleon may not be targeted for this attack. FIgures with an Imitation Marker on there card do not roll for Real or Imposter?" Feedback: We could all use a little more |

That would be a big improvement in my book. Another possibility would be to only allow the roll if Chamelion is within a certain distance of the copied figure.

There you go. So you can attack him with the rest of your army if you keep his victim clear of Chamelion, but when the copied figure wades in and gets close to him, the others have to back off. Nice.
