WINTER 2024: When Otto Octavius had his ultimate victory against Peter Parker, swapping minds with him and becoming Spider-Man himself, he needed to prove himself to be Peter's superior in every way. Not only did he upgrade his suit and technology, but he streamlined the whole Spider-Man experience, creating hundreds of Spider-Bots which patrolled the city so he didn't have to.

Instead of "and never take swipes", I would just give them the Stealth symbol. Other than that suggestion, Karat's wording looks great.

Actually, other Phantom Walk figures have "can move through all characters" (characters excludes DOs) - not sure if we want to do that here too?

I believe it's intentional. Don't want figures phasing through DO's as a default I think.

Agreed. Anti-Stealth Symbol stuff should shut these guys down too.
