Not looking good so far for Fatality. So far, she is 0-3 against John Stewart, 0-3 against Kilowog, and 1-2 against Hal Jordan. With only that 5 normal attack, most of them are laughing off her attacks and aren't forced to burn Battery Markers.

1. I am not sure if it is your intention or not, but the "one additional" phrase has been FAQ'd to ALWAYS mean that it is only "ONE" extra time, and not unlimited. Is that your intention, or do you mean for her to "continue to attack with her Energy Staff Special Attack until she does not inflict a wound"?
2. A "double attack" of 4 is OK with me, but an unlimited ranged attack of 4 that keeps triggering as she inflicts damage would not be OK with me. She would just dominate some squads in a way that didn't seem true to the character.

The intention was for the SA to have at most 2 attacks in a turn.

I think you should try raising her normal attack to 6 and see what that does for her in those heavy hitters against GLs.

Fatality goes 1-2 v. Kilowog.
Fatality wins R2T2 w/ 4 wounds after draining both BMs.
Kilowog wins R2T5 w/ 2 wounds and both BMs.
Kilowog wins R2T1 w/ 2 wounds and both BMs.

TEST 2
Green Lantern - Guy (320)
Fatality goes 1-2 v. Guy.
Guy wins R1T5 w/ 0 wounds and 3 BMs.
Guy wins R1T6 w/ 1 wound and all BMs. (7 skull attack!)
Fatality wins R2T1 w/ 5 wounds. She survived his Overextend attack of 4K, then had 5 straight 4K rolls after Guy was already at 3 wounds to drain all BMs).

TEST 3
Green Lantern - Hal (350)
Fatality goes 0-3 v. Hal.
Hal wins R1T5 w/ 1 wounds and all BMs. (6K/1S)
Hal wins R1T5 w/ clean sheet. (4K/0S & 4K/1S)
Hal wins R2T1 w/ 3 wounds and all BMs.

TEST 4
Green Lantern - John (340)
Fatality goes 2-1 v. John.
Fatality wins R2T2 w/ 4 wounds. 4K SA can remove BMs too!
John wins R2T3 w/ 3 wounds and 2 BMs.
Fatality wins R2T5 w/ 5 wounds.

TEST 5
Green Lantern - Kyle (300)
Fatality goes 2-1 v. Kyle.
Fatality wins R3T1 w/ 5 wounds.
Kyle wins R2T3 w/ 2 wounds and 3 BMs. (5K/0S to finish it)
Fatality wins R1T6 w/ 2 wounds. She removed 1st BM w/ 4K SA, then strung together 4 straight 4K rolls to finish him.

TEST 6
Supergirl (320)
Fatality goes 0-3 v. Kara.
Supergirl wins R2T3 w/ 1 wound.
Supergirl wins R2T2 w/ 2 wounds.
Supergirl wins R3T2 w/ 4 wounds.
Kryptonian Defense saved Kara an average of 3 wounds per match.

TEST 7
Thing (325)
Fatality destroys Thing with her SA from range, winning R3T3.
Bad match-up for Thing.

TEST 8
Wonder Woman (300)
Fatality goes 2-1 v. Diana.
Fatality wins R2T2 w/ 2 wounds. 6K/2S attack to finish it.
WW wins R2T1 w/ 4 wounds.
Fatality wins R2T1 w/ 2 wounds. A successful disengage and initiative switch allowed Fatality a 4K/0S SA to end it.

TEST 9
She-Hulk (310)
Fatality goes 1-2 v. Jennifer.
She-Hulk wins R2T3 w/ 4 wounds. Two big 5K attacks sealed her fate.
She-Hulk wins R2T5 w/ 5 wounds. Easily could have gone the other way.
Fatality wins R2T1 w/ 1 wounds. She hit 4 early wounds with her SA, then finished her off with a 5K / 2S (on 9 dice) attack.

TEST 10
Martian Manhunter (300)
Fatality goes 2-1 v. J'onn.
Fatality wins R1T6 w/ 4 wounds. Nearly every attack dealt 3+ wounds.
MM wins R3T1 w/ 0 wounds. Very fortunate defense rolls for MM.
Fatality wins R3T1 w/ 5 wounds. Very close match.

Fatality wins R4T3 w/ 5 wounds. Being able to take out 2 squaddies per turn kept her alive.

TEST 2
S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents x3 (330)
Agents win R3T1 w/ 4 of 9 destroyed. Extra defense and range kept Agents from falling in pairs.

Team 1 - Fatality (320), Darkseid (380), Superman (400) = 1100 v
Team 2 - GL Hal (350), GL Kilowog (310), Thor (430) = 1090.

Round 1 - Initiative Team Fatality
DS, Hal, Supes, Thor, DS out again (since he's so slow). Hal blasts DS for 3 wounds (3).

Round 2 - Initiative Team Fatality
DS rolls 5K and Hal removes a marker. Thor rolls 4K on Supes, only to see him roll 0 shields and 4 blanks ?!? Supes slaps Thor for 2 wounds (2). Hal hits DS for 2 more (5). Fatality tries SA from range, and 2K sneak by Hal for 1 wound (1). She rolls 4K for her second attempt, and Hal burns a second marker. Kilowog burns a marker to boost Hal, but is out of range.

Round 3 - Initiative Team GL
Kilowog burns a marker to boost Hal, and hits Supes for 1 wound (1). Fatality misses Hal. Hal puts DS at critical life (6), hits Fearless Charge, but 2nd attack is blocked. DS hits Hal for 1 wound (2). Hal puts down DS with a puny 2K/1S attack. Fatality engages Hal and rolls 6K, forcing him to burn a third marker (but he's still +3 overall because of Kilowog). He chooses to defend her 2K next attack, whiffs on 6 dice and dies.

Round 4 - Initiative Team Fatality
Emboldened by her defeat of Hal, Fatality uses her SA to put 1 wound on Kilowog (1). Her 2nd attempt is blocked. Thor rolls 20 for God of Thunder Strike and puts 3 more wounds on Superman (4). Supes misses. Kilowog misses. Supes misses again. Thor watches another 4K attack be almost completely blocked by blanks, but does put the Kryptonian at critical life (6).

Round 5 - Initiative Team GL
Thor misses. Supes smacks Thor for 2 wounds (4). Kilowog misses. Supes misses. Thor puts down Superman. Fatality puts Kilowog at critical life (4).

Round 6 - Initiative Team GL
Thor misses. Fatality puts 2 wounds on Thor (6). Thor hits Fatality for 4 wounds (4). Fatality misses. Kilowog misses. Fatality puts down Kilowog.

Round 7 - Initiative Team Fatality
Fatality finishes off the Norse god.

Team Fatality wins R7T1 w/ Fatality w/ 4 wounds.

Team 1 - Fatality (320), Annihilus (360), Batman (200), Robin (120) = 1000 v
Team 2 - Fan4 = (1000).

Fatality out. FL = 11 - HT and MrF out. Annihilus out. FL = 19 - Thing out; HT hits Anni for 1 wound (1); IW out; MrF misses Anni. Annihilus uses CCR to hit MrF for 1 wound (1), but misses attack. FL = 15 - IW extends Force Field; Thing and MrF each put a wound on Anni (3). Annihilus heals one off from CCR (2).

Round 2 - Initiative Fan4
FL = 11 - HT misses Anni; MrF puts 3rd wound back on (3). Annihilus uses CCR to hit MrF for 1 wound (2), but misses attack. FL = 15 - HT's 4K are blocked; Thing's 7K are not all blocked (5). CCR placed behind Fan4. Anni hits Thing for 2 wounds (2). MrF picks up CCR, deals himself a wound (3) and misses attack. Fatality's SA sneaks through on MrF for a wound (4); second attack misses. No CCR, so Anni at critical life (6).

Round 3 - Initiative Team Fatality
Anni hits Thing for a wound (3). FL = 1 - MrF's CCR puts Anni down, but misses attack. OM2 on Annihilus - no turn. FL = 4 - HT takes CCR and takes a wound (1), and misses; MrF misses. Fatality's normal attack puts down MrF. OM3 on MrF - no turn.

Round 4 - Initiative Team Fatality
Fatality picks up CCR and hits HT for a wound (2), but misses attack. HT misses. Batman/Robin move. HT misses again. Fatality's CCR hits Thing for a wound (4), but misses SA. Thing smacks Fatality for 2 wounds (2), sending CCR flying.

Round 5 - Initiative Fan4
Thing picks up CCR, hits Fatality for a wound (3) and misses attack. Fatality's SA misses. Thing punches Fatality for another wound (4). Fatality's rolls a 3K SA that Thing whiffs on and dies, losing CR. HT misses. Batman/Robin both miss.

Round 6 - Initiative Team Fatality
Batman picks up CCR, hits HT for a wound (3), but misses attack, as does Robin. HT goes Supernova, putting 2 wounds on Batman [ES = 3] (2) and 1-shotting Robin. Batman can't get to CCR and misses attack. HT takes another wound from ES (4). Fatality picks up CCR, puts a wound on IW (1) and attacks her for another one (2). IW hits back to put Fatality at critical life (5).

Round 7 - Initiative Team Fatality
Fatality's CCR and attack add 2 wounds to IW to put her at critical life (4). HT misses [ES = 8]. Batman misses. IW finishes off Fatality. Batman makes a desperate effort - he takes a leaving engagement wound (3) from HT to get adjacent to IW. His 1K Batarang gets through the Force Field undetected and down goes IW. Second 'Rang misses HT. HT rolls 2K and prays [ES = 14], and Batman does not survive.

Team Fan4 wins R7T6 w/ depowered Human Torch w/ 4 wounds.

So far so good! She looked really competitive with all those GLs but Hal.

I like that she goes neck and neck with the lanterns, but against Hal, I definitely like him winning that match.

Good stuff so far! I'd say she's definitely 310-320, and comparing her to other things at 310, I think 320 would be a safer bet, so nice work narrowing her cost down.
