Not looking good so far for Fatality. So far, she is 0-3 against John Stewart, 0-3 against Kilowog, and 1-2 against Hal Jordan. With only that 5 normal attack, most of them are laughing off her attacks and aren't forced to burn Battery Markers.

Then you're golden.
I think you should try raising her normal attack to 6 and see what that does for her in those heavy hitters against GLs. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

C3G INITIAL PLAYTEST FEEDBACK FORM
NAME OF THE TEST UNIT Fatality - THEME TEST/ Check to see if there are any powers or stats on the test unit card that does not accurately reflect the theme or likeness of what the character would and could do. Also consider destructible objects, and whether or not this characters powers should affect them. PASS - MIRROR TEST/ Check to see if the unit were played against itself, if there would be any loops that would upset the balance of the Game. PASS - BONDING TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing Bonding abilities to make sure there are no continual Bonding possibilities that do not stop appropriately or do not stop at all. This is to prevent loops in Bonding. PASS - SYNERGIES TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing synergies to make sure there are no factors that could break the game by making any unit to powerful or too weak. PASS - POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and what are the stipulations on the power if there are any. PASS - FUN TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play. PASS - FUN COMPETITIVE TEST/ Consider whether or not the design was fun to play against. PASS - DRAFTING TEST/ Consider whether or not this design is worth drafting. PASS - Against GL's (naturally), but also against other high-defense figures. - USAGE TEST/ Consider whether or not all of the powers on this card were used or at least usable. PASS - STRATEGY TEST/ Consider whether or not the design offers any real strategy or interesting tactics to the overall game. PASS - Use the SA to reduce their defense dice, or wail away with 6A? - Heavy Hitter or Mid-Level Hero/ Does it pass, Yes or No? What should be the unit's point value? Give a brief summary. PASS - 300-320. Obviously a good counter-draft against the Lanterns, but also sturdy against other like-pointed HHs. SA prevents (or limits) powers that increase defense dice. Rolls were really going her way, especially the last 5K/2S v. Thor. All tests on Badru Valley Team 1 - Fatality (320), Darkseid (380), Superman (400) = 1100 v Team 2 - GL Hal (350), GL Kilowog (310), Thor (430) = 1090.

So far so good! She looked really competitive with all those GLs but Hal.

Good stuff so far! I'd say she's definitely 310-320, and comparing her to other things at 310, I think 320 would be a safer bet, so nice work narrowing her cost down.
