"Is bioengineering this far advanced?
In 2003 Human DNA was successfully combined with rabbit (and other animals), to create successful Chimera Hybrids. Read National Geographic for more information (link). While Bio-Gencia is still awaiting approval for worldwide distributionof the Genpets, Allerca already sells genetically altered cats."

This is some weird stuff... but I think it's a hoax.

Geez. what is that?

Just so everyone knows, I didn't make this up or anythign like that. Just showing you guys something I found.

It is weird, and ugly. Why would you want one of those? Also, how smart are they supposed to be? Why woudl a child or anyone for that matter want one?

Also, why do we not see any pictures of one with its eyes open and moving? The kids should surely be interacting with it. Plus, I didn't like that you get a detoothing kit. You also feed it a drug so it remains calm and so you can control its mood. WHAT?!? That seems a bit dark to me. Probably just some hoax that someone spent a ton of time on to get noticed.

Well after posting then noticing someon ran in here and posted something ( ) I am now happy to see a conclusion to this.

I was not wanting to buy one as the site assumed I did. I thought it was wrong to begin with. Playing God is in no way a smart idea.

But it was fun to think about it

I think its fake.

Information is suspiciously absent, and contact is only via email (could find no address or phone number). Also, the "purchase" option is not working and prices are not listed.

Could be a promo site for a Movie or TV show (ala LOST Experiance, etc.)

I'm thinking its not real.

You guessed right. It's a mere hoax. But what's bad is that it did seem plausible for a few seconds.

Only because people are out there trying to do sick things like this. I didn't like it due to the lack of information. So that instantly sent up red flags.

Hey point, you posted first and sounded like you were just like the rest of us, in the dark. But then you posted rather quickly with the answer. So did you or didn't you know in the beginning?
