I don't know what side of the current debate this puts me on, but sci-fi weapons can have volatile ammunition or energy sources that can react poorly to being damaged, resulting in a secondary explosion/fire/electric jolt or surge.

I can’t think of any examples of Dalek weapons backfiring/exploding but maybe it’s happened.

If Q9 and Q10 have them left red, I'm comfortable leaving it here, though admittedly I don't know Daleks that well. I'm honestly more bothered by War Machine, by a long shot.

I’m letting this play, out but it seems almost no one is in favor of greying out the weapons.

Excuse my ignorance but I'm assuming we are talking about the two little sticks poking out. Are these arms or are they just gun barrels? If guns then they should be grey. If arms with weapons incorporated then hmm, I'm not sure.

They're not arms. They're guns or tools of some sort.

The official names are the “gunstick” and “manipulator arm” so I guess the plunger is technically an arm. They’re usually treated as part of the Dalek’s “body’, but also they aren’t really too bothered if they get yanked off or destroyed. Does Cyborg I have a gun arm? His hitbox isn’t greyed out.

I would have to agree that the gun at least should be gray, if not both "arms".

@tcglkn I forgot I never pinged you here, but we made a decision a while back to move these guys over to Titan. Not technically correct, but I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who will ever even notice that, and it seemed to be the general verdict that we should keep Who all under one publishing umbrella. No rush at all, since it's an entirely inconsequential update.
