I think if you compare Bunker to Armor (both teenagers with psionic constructs - albeit Armor's is more protective), they're about the same strength level. If one has SS, the other probably should too. I can see him punching through walls and stuff.

I would kind of be against opening up the +1 auto-shield, not for balance reasons, but for drafting reasons. With guys like Bunker, who are FAIRLY obscure and don't ever show up outside of their team books, I think it makes sense for them to have a more narrow focus. Not a dealbreaker either way, but I do think it makes sense to box him in that way here.

Armor does have Super Strength. Notably she also has turn bonding and is still only 100 points. So if they should be on the same level, he might need to be reeled in some.

I think he does have somewhat similar powers to Armor just more flexibility. She can only make armor where he can make almost anything. Super Strength definitely seems justified here.

Oh, for sure on Super Strength. Notably her life is 3, but she seems younger than him? Otherwise their base stats are the same, except he has range.

Bunker is a pretty powerful hero, so I could reasonably see 180 for him. Arsenal mentioned Bunker would probably be in the Justice League in a few years. (Of course, Arsenal couldn't foresee Bunker not appearing again after that Teen Titans run got cancelled.)
