Re: Stilt-Man - Design Phase
He really doesn't have knees. The legs are completely collapsible.
Does anyone have the figure for height verification? I'm thinking 12. HIGH STEPPING When counting spaces for Stilt-Man's movement, elevation changes up to 8 levels count as one space. You may ignore Stilt-Man's height of 12 when climbing. Stilt-Man may step over water without stopping, step over figures smaller than Huge without becoming engaged, and step over obstacles with a height of 8 or less. Personality = Arrogant From what I've researched, the legs go on for practically ever, so what about something less mathy like THE BIGGER THEY ARE . . . Stilt-Man is always considered to have height advantage over non-flying figures. |

Re: Stilt-Man - Design Phase
I could go with all of that. Presumably, thematically he'd just be out-stretching Giant Man, Atom Smasher, etc. The one thing is, what if we wanted to reuse that power? How would we resolve it?
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Stilt-Man - Design Phase
You wouldn't be able to. What it would be saying is that he is the tallest ground pounder in the game.
Is that a concern? |

Re: Stilt-Man - Design Phase
I don't know. I figured we were safe with Master Motivator being a single use on Red Skull. It's hard to predict where folks will want to go with things. We might want to pull a Magical Defense on this one and except other figures with the power.
Or we could just declare this is the only time the power can be used here and now and hope whoever's in charge at the time doesn't want to change it down the road! C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Stilt-Man - Design Phase
Sure. Only all the gigantic types without flying would be possible contenders here. Guys like Atom-Smasher, other versions of Pym, Alloy, Giganto, etc.

Re: Stilt-Man - Design Phase
Giant-Man does have defensive bonuses against figures that aren't huge, a reaching power to extend his range conditionally, and the ability to swat small or medium figures, though.
Why don't we make the height advantage restricted to non-flying, non-huge figures? Then we don't have to worry about how huge figures stack up against each other. He really shouldn't be lording over Giant-Man and those types anyway. He should be lording over Daredevil. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: Stilt-Man - Design Phase
Well there you go, keep it restricted to non-Huge non-flying figures and we're golden. I knew I'd....I mean we'd figure it out.

Stilt-Man is always considered to have height advantage over non-flying figures that are not huge. And there we go. |

Re: Stilt-Man - Design Phase
If we're going this way, Stilt-Man should be Huge too.
