In the "Keep this glyph handy" text, the glyph is listed as "Glyph of Smoke Pellets'" instead of "Glyph of Utility: Smoke Pellets'", as is the standard on the rest of the Utility glyphs.

OK, the Heroes have voted to humor me and make a change here to let Batman (Outsiders) work with this as intended and trigger the bonus attacks off of Bruce Wayne figures with the Driven personality instead of Vigilantes.

Help with wording to make that go correctly is appreciated. Here's my stab at it:

Is this really needed,

The first line already restricts it to a normal attack.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

I don't think it hurts any for clarification. All the first line does is allow you to change your range and attack numbers. It doesn't specify that attacking with this Equipment Glyph = attacking with your modified normal attack.
