Shocker likes attack boosts most out of the Thieves, certainly.

I doubled down on the attack boost because it was conducive to simple wording, and it discourages bringing in Captain America or whatever. I could see one 'tier' being an attack boost and the other 'tier' being something different, though.

Yeah, I agree on not loving doubling up on Sinister titles. It's like, OK, we get it, they're super Sinister.

I'm also still iffy on the theme of the second power coming across. What about Villainous Compromise? Terrible Team Up?

Would a D20 boost make sense to the faction at all? How many iconic members versus non-member thieves and criminals would be helped by that?

Yeah, I was just looking at the thieves and Shocker for sure likes the attack bonus since he has a double attack (I wonder how many times I over looked that since it is buried at the bottom of a huge text box) and recoil is less likely to trigger the more dice he rolls.

Mysterio and Electro like d20 boosts. Otherwise, I don't think it would help anyone particularly thematic. Mentallo, Purple Man, and Ivy II would be fans.

Yeah, don't love giving a boost like that to mind-controllers, I suppose. Bummer, cuz it would be nice for Mysterio and Electro. I guess one thing you could do is lay out all the cards you're wanting to boost with this and ask what it is they'd like the most.

Maybe +1 Attack for the all-Sinister bonus, and +2 Move for the 'exactly six' bonus? Guys like Electro, Shocker and Rhino all like a little extra move to set stuff up, and super-fast Vulture is obviously nice.

All I can think of is that Electro, Vulture, Rhino, and Mysterio probably all like extra movement a little bit to help place them properly for shenanigans. Kraven wouldn't mind it either. Seems like a minor boost, though, I suppose. Moving more of them each round will probably do more to help them play off of each other than extra movement spaces anyway.

Edit: Beat me to it. Yeah, +2 move might be enough to make it worthwhile.

Quick look at the criminals and Wizard with his double ranged attack stands out as a big fan of a +2 attack bonus. Piledriver has a potential double attack too, I suppose the Wrecking Crew with Doc Ock & 1 other Criminal/Thief could be a viable army. Not seeing any other double attack concerns, just things like Hydro-Man rolling 7 attack dice seems a bit crazy when that is what Superman rolls.


*Oh, and Kraven has a double attack if we change his personality.

So both +1 attack for everyone, plus if you draft exactly 6 heroes they all get +2 movement as well. I like that.

Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I like it. I think they'll really have a "swarming" feeling once they're all put together like that. Just circling Spidey until there's no way out and they're knocking him around and vulture is carrying him and Mysterio is swapping places with him and he's getting bounced into Electro for a shock, etc.

I agree, I can see Spidey swinging away again and again and they just keep chasing after him no matter where he goes to.
