I'm going to hopefully knock out some games with him this weekend. @johnny139 , any units you want to see him played with/against? CRB guys, any combos I should look out for?

Not in particular, no. Other than the Moloids. Maybe with the Walking Dead, since they'd make a pretty great screen as well.

I would suggest maybe a Pluto, Sage, Multiple Man build as Multiple Man makes an amazing repleneshing screen especially when backed by a D-20 booster like Sage.

For a lot of units, sure. But the Moloids are 1/3 of MM's cost and bond with Pluto. If my choices are between 1 attack of 7, or a lot of potential attacks of 4, I'll put my OMs on MM more often than on Pluto.

True. I do think the moloids are a better option, but you still can get a bunch of attacks with Multiple Man.

This was a fun back-and-forth battle. The Moloids numbers were enough to overwhelm the Mutants early, but then MM hit a string of successful Dupes rolls and made things tight for Pluto. The Moloids were almost destroyed, but made a short comeback, taking down a lot of MM due to some bad Defense and Dupes rolls. The Mutants took the lead again by finishing off the Moloids and taking the fight to Pluto. Pluto lost the Helm a couple times, but took it back, took down Sage, then finished off Multiple Man.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): R6T5: Pluto with 4/7 wounds.

This one was less close. Pluto’s team seemed to have an advantage from the beginning, even with Punisher falling early. I was too aggressive with Punisher in the first round, and he didn’t make it out of the second, costing Army One an OM. The Moloids were just too much for the Simians though, and Pluto hit hard from behind his shield. Pluto was only attacked twice, both times by Solovar towards the end of the game. Pluto’s only wounds came from the first of those attacks, failing his defense roll against 3 skulls out of 4 dice. He made up for that by rolling 6 skulls each on his next two attacks though, easily KOing Solovar.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: I think he’s a little too strong as-is. Sitting safely behind a shield of Moloids and blasting away with his 7 Attack is really tough on the opponent. He’s somewhat match-up dependent, but his invulnerability to range and bonding with the Moloids give him enough advantages to take on Heroes as well as Squads. His cost could come up some to compensate, but I think I would prefer lowering his Attack and/or Life by 1.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: Outside of the above, I really like the design. He’s a lot of fun to play with the Moloids, and Lord of Hades is a neat power without being too strong. His glyph will also make a nice addition to glyph pools. Decent boost, but nothing too strong for figures other than Pluto.
