Does his power extend beyond death for that one round?

OM1 Rodgers reveals OM & takes turn.
OM1-Opponent, attacks & kills Rodgers.
OM2 Rearrange OMs as needed? While Rodgers is dead their is still a revealed OM on the card for the rest of the round.

Pretty sure unless a figure's card explicitly says so, the power goes away once they're dead.

Also, thematically, unless you happen to have a medium on hand, I'm fairly sure that Steve would be... unavailable for the renderring of tactical assistance at that juncture.
