I think we've used each ordering of those words. I pulled the current one from Psylock's Psychic Knife as I felt it was most similar:

PSYCHIC KNIFE
After moving and instead of attacking, you may choose an adjacent figure and roll the 20-sided die.
If you roll 1-9, nothing happens;
If you roll 10-16, the chosen figure receives 1 wound;
If you roll 17-19, the chosen figure receives 2 wounds, and you may remove 1 unrevealed Order Marker at random from the chosen figure's Army Card;
If you roll 20 or higher, the chosen figure is destroyed.
Destructible objects are not affected by Psychic Knife.

We've used both interchangeably, and I'm okay with that structure when you are working with wounds, but prefer what I posted generally and especially when it's just destroy.

Slightly odd formatting for the playtests - don't know if we care about that or not, I know I don't. Otherwise good.

I use that formatting for playtests for all my designs, so I'd get that statement copied for easier pasting if you're gonna mention it each time. I don't see what's so odd about it, personally.

When attacking with Liu Kang's normal attack, each blank rolled counts as 2 additional skulls. Liu Kang may attack normally twice per turn.

Am i supposed to use the normal white dice with shields and skulls on it, or the red attack dice with 3 blank sides?

All C3G rules assume the white combat dice.

The Marvel set came with the white dice and the Marvel stuff is not officially compatible with any other stuff, so we do not, as a rule, recognize the existence of the red or blue dice.
